Tapping is a super effective word to drop your nervous system from fight-or-flight to rest-relax-and recover. We use the same meridian points in acupuncture and tap them lightly to feel calmer and feel safe within our own body. This is super helpful when you have travel anxiety - turbulence on a plane makes me panic! You can do this sequence as many times as you need to feel calmer in your body.
