Welcome to the 7 Day Movement Challenge. I am so excited you are here to get moving and bring back some routine into your own life. I hope this week helps you to take care of yourself and you start to feel good in your body again.
You can take this challenge at your own pace - so what if you take longer than 7 days?! Just make sure you go consecutively as the videos build on top of each other.
There are 5 minute enhancements available whenever you want to add on to a day just in case you have a few extra minutes.
All you need for this week is a mat or a soft-carpeted area.

Did you know that we carry stress in our hips? This is why we often radiate lower back pain when we are stressed and movement seems stiff and almost impossible. Today we are going to let go of stress in our body by really engaging through our hips.
