Welcome to Better Than Kegels - a different kind of exercise video to help you to actively strengthen AND release your pelvic floor muscles so that you can use these principles for any kind of exercises you might be doing.
The pelvic floor is an active component of the core muscles and sadly we often don't know enough on how to activate it and how to release it. Because ultimately we need a good balance between the two. So come and join me for a few minutes every day to show your pelvic floor some love - whether you have leaking problems or pain.
