I'm in pain

This video has been highly requested: a flow that doesn't have any weight-bearing on the hands in the form of planks or push ups. If your wrists are too uncomfortable to hold your weight, then, yes, ideally you want to slowly continue to place weight on them to get them stronger. But if it's just too uncomfortable or makes the pain worse, then back off and try this wrist-free flow instead. It's delicious, opens up your whole body, and strengthens you at the same time.
