Welcome to May's Full Moon in Sagittarius. Today we will focus on what we can release from our life that is no longer serving us. There is no plan or to do list that come with it, just a simple letting go.
This flow is a strong flow and we will use light dumbbells (1-4lbs/ 0.5-2kg). You can also use water bottles or canned beans instead.
