We often hang into our lower back because we don't have enough core integrity AND we stand and sit rounded with our upper back all day putting more tension in our lower back. So many things that play together but there is one solution that helps us: more glutes! Often our glutes are snoozing so with this class we are firing up our glutes in all directions. Enjoy!
