Welcome to this Barre Basics class to run you through the basic exercises when you come to a Barre class with me. And remember, just because it's the basics, doesn't mean we won't be working up a sweat :-).
You will need:
- a mat
- a chair
- a set of dumbbells (1-4lbs/ 0.5-2kg)
- a Barre ball or a pillow

Shoulder Strong
