Welcome to Bounce - cardio fun on a mini trampoline. This is by far my favorite way to move my body for cardio. Bounce raises your heart rate, strengthens your muscles (especially your core!), and gets your lymphatic system to start pumping. It's fun for everyone while being super gentle on your joints.
