On my recent trip to Germany my suitcase got lost, which meant I worked out every day in my grandma's nightgown in a tiny space without a mat or any workout gear. I am now sharing this Travel Workout with you in the hopes that it will keep you feeling strong and energized during your summer travels - even if you don't have a fancy gym, your yoga mat, or your workout clothes!
You can either make this a 20-minute workout or if you have some extra time, join me for the turbo round for a 30 minute session.
